Mount Laurel Home For Funerals

She was 85. She was born in Schenectady, N.Y. and was a longtime resident of Mount Laurel. She worked as the Superintendent of Elections for Burlington County. Mrs. Jeffers enjoyed going to the shore at Sea Isle City, N.J. She was also a dog lover and loved singing. She was loved and will be missed by all. Nancy was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, John B. Jeffers, DVM, M.D.; her daughter, Michelle McAllister; her grandson, Matt Biegun; and her sister, Dennie Barhydt. Surviving are her children, Vicki McKeever (John), John D. Jeffers (Jill), and James D. Jeffers (Jackie); son-in-law, Mark McAllister; grandchildren, Shannan Ludlow (Mike), Christina McKeever, Shawna Sasaki (Brad), Patrick McKeever (Hannah), James Jeffers (Bonnie), Dustin Jeffers (Kaleigh), Alicia Evans (David), Matthew Jeffers, and Devin Jeffers; five great-grandchildren; nieces, Barbara Barhydt and Elizabeth Barhydt; and Donna Jeffers. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 5, followed immediately by a 1 p.m. memorial service, both at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel.
